CitiFinancial Opens 200 Branches in North America in 2006

Baltimore, MD – CitiFinancial today announced that it opened its 200th branch of 2006 on December 22, located at 9251 Baltimore National Pike in Ellicott City, Maryland. The branch is one of three new CitiFinancial offices opened in Maryland in 2006 as part of the company’s North American expansion plan. CitiFinancial now has more than 2,000 branches in the United States.

With the addition of Ellicott City, CitiFinancial now has 36 branches in Maryland and more than 300 in the Northeast. By early 2007, CitiFinancial expects its total North American branches to reach more than 2,500.
